Western Grill Steaks

Ingredients:

4 x 100g Beef Steaks

50ml Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

Fresh ground black pepper

8 tsp of Heinz Barbecue Sauce


To serve:

Steamed or barbecued vegetables or crisp salad

  • Serves: 4
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  • Marinating Time: 30 minutes+

Method:

  1. Combine the Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, parsley and garlic. Add the steaks and turn to coat in the mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Lightly season steaks evenly with pepper. Ensure the grill is oiled to avoid the steaks sticking. Place the steaks on the barbecue over a high heat and cook for five minutes.
  3. Flip the steaks, then brush all over with the Heinz Barbecue Sauce and barbecue for 3-4 minutes more or to taste. Turn and brush with any remaining sauce. Rest for 3-5 minutes before serving loosely covered with foil.
