2x sesame brioche buns
Heinz Pickle Flavour Tomato Ketchup
¼ lb. beef burger
4 slices smoked cheese slices
100g panko
3x eggs
200g flour
1tsp smoked paprika
Salt and Pepper
12x Vedasz pickle slices
To make the panko frickles, drain the pickle slices and pat dry. Toss the slices in flour, dip in whisked egg and coat in a mix of panko, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. For an extra crunchy coating, repeat these steps. Air fry or fry the pickles until golden and crispy.
