Penne Gluten Free Recipe

Penne Arrabiata

Ingredients:

300 grams cooked Heinz Gluten Free Pasta

15ml oil

Half a teaspoon chopped red chilli (can be reduced if you don’t like it too spicy)

8 Black olives stoned and halved

1x 210grm Heinz Tomato and Oregano Pasta sauce

50 grams parmesan cheese (grated)

Black pepper (ground)

  • Serves: 2

Method:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, while its cooking start to make the sauce
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chillies, cook slowly just warming them to release the flavour
  3. Next add the olives and Heinz Tomato and Oregano Pasta sauce, heat until it just starts to boil then reduce the heat
  4. Add the cooked drained pasta and coat it well in the sauce
  5. Serve into 2 pasta bowls and top with parmesan cheese shavings and a twist of black pepper
