Heinz Peri Peri Chicken & Chips

Ingredients:

1 x 1.5 kg Chicken or 4 chicken portions.

400g fries.

Vegetables of choice.

Heinz Peri Peri Sauce.

  • Serves: 4

Method:

  1. Take a whole chicken or  alternatively use 4 chicken portions
  2. Coat the chicken with a tbsp of Heinz Peri Peri sauce and a little olive oil, allow to marinade for a couple of hours, overnight is best.
  3. Heat the Oven to 200°C and place the chicken on to a roasting tray , roast for approximately 30 minutes and baste with the pan juices (or cook as per instructions on pack), continue to baste throughout the cooking until its fully cooked

Serve with oven chips and vegetables of choice and a good squeeze of Heinz Peri Peri Sauce.
