Chicken and Pineapple Heinz Sriracha Wraps

Ingredients:

4 x Corn Tortilla wraps.

4 x lettuce leaves

½ x red onion finely sliced

4 x chicken fillets cut into fine strips

1 tbspn oil

2 slices canned pineapple(chopped)

8 slices cool cucumber.

Heinz Sriracha sauce

  • Serves: 4

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the chicken until its browned and cooked add the pineapple pieces and toss together until hot.
  2. Warm the wraps then lay out on the work top.
  3. In each wrap place a lettuce leaf some sliced red onion, cucumber and a good squirt of Heinz Sriracha sauce.
  4. Next divide the hot chicken and pineapple between the wraps and roll up nice and tight and enjoy.
