Gluten Free Macaroni Recipe

Chicken and Mozzarella - Gluten Free Pasta

Ingredients:

300g cooked Heinz Gluten Free Macaroni pasta

100g cooked sliced chicken

10 mini mozzarella balls

1x 210grm Heinz Tomato Frito sauce

Chopped fresh parsley or basil (optional)

Black pepper (ground)

  • Serves: 2

Method:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, while its cooking start to make the sauce
  2. Heat the Heinz Tomato Frito sauce in a pan and add cooked chicken slices, cook over a medium heat until it starts to boil
  3. Reduce the heat and add the cooked, drained Heinz Gluten Free Macaroni pasta and coat it well in the sauce finally adding the mozzarella balls heat over a medium heat
  4. Serve into 2 pasta bowls and top with chopped parsley or basil (optional) and a twist of black pepper
