Makes one 24cm pizza
METHOD
1.

Preheat the oven to 220c/200c fan/Gas 7.

2.
Remove your pizza dough from the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature.
3.
Meanwhile, place the cherry tomatoes on a small baking tray, drizzle with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and season. Place in the preheated oven and roast for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
4.
Place a pizza stone or large, heavy baking tray in the oven to heat up. Dust a large sheet of baking paper with flour and roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 24cm circle. Spoon over the Heinz pizza sauce and spread evenly over the base, leaving a 1.5cm border. Scatter half of the mozzarella over the sauce and season with salt and black pepper.   Lightly brush the border with the remaining olive oil.
5.
Carefully slide the pizza off the baking paper and onto the preheated pizza stone or baking tray. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until the crusts are golden and cheese is melted.

6.
Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with the remaining mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, slices of jalapeño and coriander leaves.
