3 chicken breasts

1 tbsp garlic paste

2 tsp ginger paste

2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cumin

75g natural or Greek yoghurt

1 jar Heinz Curry Passata

2 white onions, diced

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

200g cashew nuts

150ml double cream

2 tbsp butter

METHOD
1.

Marinate chicken in spices and yoghurt for at least 20 minutes.

 Fry off chicken until almost done, then remove from the pan.
3.
 Deglaze the pan with butter and oil.
4.
 Add in the onions and cook until softened.
5.
 Add the ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant.
6.
 Add Heinz Curry Base, cream and cashews and let it simmer.
7.
 Blend (in food processor or using stick blender).

8.
 Add back to pan, and add chicken - simmer until chicken is cooked through.
9.
Serve with cream and coriander on top.
