Add 1tbsp each smoked paprika, oregano, and then salt and black pepper to taste and spray with some olive oil

Toss to coat and cook at 180 for 20-25 mins in the airfryer until crispy

Meanwhile make the aioli - mix Heinz mayo, lemon juice and zest, and 1 clove grated garlic

Once the potatoes are almost done, make the tomato sauce - add Heinz passata, the remaining smoked paprika, fresh garlic and salt and pepper to taste in a pan and heat through

Layer everything up to serve - potatoes first, then tomato sauce, then aioli on top

Garnish with fresh parsley and smoked paprika to serve
