750g Red Skinned Poatoes

4 Chopped Spring Onions

125g Asparagus

Crispy Bacon for Garnish

Heinz Baconnaise

METHOD
1.

Boil the red skinned potatoes and steam the asparagus.

2.
Drain the potatoes and in bowl mix the spring onion, potatoes, asparagus and Heinz Baconnaise together.
3.
Serve with a little crispy smoked bacon for garnish.
