Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for around 8 minutes each side or until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan add the Heinz Cream of Tomato Soup and oregano. Return the chicken to the pan with the baby spinach and a little parmesan.

Cook until heated through and add a little fresh lemon juice to serve.
