1 Tin Heinz Lentil Soup

8 Cumberland Sausages

Half a Tablespoon of Olive Oil

2 Chopped Shallots

1 Crushed Clove of Garlic

3 Handfuls of Kale

Chicken Stock

3 Thyme Leaves

METHOD
1.

In a casserole dish heat the olive oil and brown the chopped shallots, garlic and cumberland sausages.

2.
Add the tyme leaves, Heinz Lentil Soup and a little chicken stock.
3.
Turn on low heat and simmer for 30mins.
4.
To finish stir through the kale until wilted.
