Heinz Cream of Mushroom Soup

Low Salt Vegetable Stock

120g Chestnut Mushrooms

Half a Chopped Onion

1 Crushed Clove of Garlic

Parmesan Cheese

METHOD
1.

Heat the chopped onion, garlic and chestnut mushrooms over the hob until the mushrooms are lightly browned.

2.
Reduce the heat and add the Orzo pasta, stir often until pasta is light golden, about 2 minutes.
3.
Add the vegetable stock and Heinz Cream of Mushroom Soup. Bring to the boil and then simmer until the pasta is tender to bite.
4.
If mixture becomes too thin before pasta is done, add more vegetable stock.
5.
Serve with grated paremsan cheese.
