1 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp celery salt
A grind of pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 x 225g packs halloumi, cut into chips
Olive oil, for frying
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Heinz Tomato Ketchup for dipping
In a bowl, mix the flour and celery salt with a good grind of pepper, then toss in the halloumi to give the fries a light coating.
