2x sesame brioche buns

Heinz Pickle Flavour Tomato Ketchup

¼ lb. beef burger

4 slices smoked cheese slices

100g panko

3x eggs

200g flour

1tsp smoked paprika

Salt and Pepper

12x Vedasz pickle slices

METHOD
1.

To make the panko frickles, drain the pickle slices and pat dry. Toss the slices in flour, dip in whisked egg and coat in a mix of panko, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. For an extra crunchy coating, repeat these steps. Air fry or fry the pickles until golden and crispy.

Fry the burgers on the grill using the back of a pan and fry until cooked thoroughly. Add the cheese and steam or grill until melted.

Set the burgers aside and wipe the pan clean a touch. Add the brioche buns and toast until golden.
4.
To build the burger, squeeze the Pickle Tomato Ketchup on both buns, add the cheeseburger and top with the frickles. Enjoy!
