200g oven fires

½ red onion

30ml re wine vingar

30g Bombay mix

8g table salt

8g garam masala

METHOD
1.

Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees cook your French fries until crispy and golden brown.

2.
Slice your red onion finally mix with red wine vinegar and leave to pickle.
3.
In a mixing bowl combined your table salt and garam masala to create a seasoning.
4.
In a large serving bowl season your cooked fries with your garam masala salt drizzle with high end Curry ketchup garnish with your pickled red onion and Bombay mix.
