40g Crispy onions

200g cornflower

60ml spray rapeseed oil

30g garam masala

30 fresh coriander

one spring onion

METHOD
1.

Break your cauliflower up into popcorn size florets cover in Heinz Curry ketchup mix and coat all the florets equally. 

2.
In a mixing bowl add your corn flour and garam masala and mixed together place your sauced florets into the flower making sure that all are covered.
3.
Place your flowered florets into a preheated air fryer at 200 degrees for 20 minutes spray with rapeseed oil halfway through the cook spray again with more rapid door and give a Demi toss 2 make sure for even crispy cook.
4.
Serve in a deep bowl drizzle with more of the Heinz Curry ketchup garnish with chopped fresh coriander and sliced spring onion.
