2 frankfurters

2 brioche hot dog buns

100g of sliced red cabbage

30ml red wine vinegar

1 fresh green chili

40g Crispy onions

METHOD
1.

Slash slits in your frankfurters on a diagonal place in the air fryer at 180 degrees for six minutes.

2.
Find a slice red cabbage add red wine vinegar and massage the vinegar into the cabbage so that the colour runs and Pickles the cabbage.
3.
Find the slice your green chili.
4.
Assemble your hot dog open your brioche bun place half of the red cabbage mixture inside top with your cooked frankfurter drizzle with Heinz Curry ketchup garnish with sliced green chili and crispy onions.
