Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Black pepper

1 brioche bun

Slice of mozzarella

Slice of ham

Grated cheese

Fried egg

Salt, pepper & chives to serve

METHOD
1.

First make your sauce, mix together 1 Tbsp Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise, dijon mustard and black pepper.

2.
Split your bun in half and spread both halves with Heinz Mayonnaise.
3.
Place the bottom half of the bun, mayo side down on a toastie press.
4.
Add your cheese and ham, then the top of the bun (mayo side up).
5.
Close the press and cook until golden and crispy on the outside and cheesy and gooey in the middle!.
6.
Top with more sauce and grated cheese, cover with baking paper and cook until cheese is melted.
7.
Remove from toastie press and top with a fried egg.
8.
Garnish with black pepper and chives to serve.
