250 grams White spelt flour

120 grams Cacoa powder

7.2 grams Baking powder

200 grams Heinz Vegan Vlassic Mayo

240 grams Maple syrup

120 grams Rice malt syrup

120 grams Black coffee

120 grams Soy milk

4.8 grams Vanilla extract

200 grams Amarena cherries

METHOD
1.

Preheat the oven to 180 celsius. Line a 23x38 baking tin with baking paper and then lightly spray with cooking oil spray.

2.
Sift the flour, cacao, baking powder and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Whisk them together.
3.
In a seperate bowl, whisk the Heinz Vegan Mayo, syrups, coffee, almond milk and vanilla extract.
4.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. And add the amarena cherries.
5.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, use a toothpick to see if its baked or not.
6.
Let the brownies cool before cutting it into squares.
