180 grams Diced Shiitake Mushrooms

425 grams Black Beans

2 piece(s) Garlic

3 ml Soy sauce

2 grams Black pepper

2 grams Panko breadcrumbs

1 piece(s) Flax egg

4 piece(s) Hamburger buns

10 grams Aragula

2 piece(s) Tomatoes

50 piece(s) Heinz Classic Vegan Mayo

Try it with oyster mushrooms!
METHOD
1.

Preheat the oven to 220C.

Add olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the mushrooms until they just start to soften.
3.
Make a flex egg by using broken linseed and water. Mix 10g linseed and 22,5g warm water and leave for 5 minutes.
4.
In a large bowl, lightly smash the beans and stir in the diced garlic, soy sauce, pepper, breadcrumbs and flax egg.
5.
Divide the mixture in 4 portions, and shape into patties that fit the buns.
6.
Arrange patties on baking sheet which has been coated with oil or baking spray.
7.
Bake at 220 celsius, flip after 8 minutes and bake at another 7 to 8 minutes.
8.
Slice the burger bun and build the burger with the patty, red onion, aragula and tomatoes.
9.
Drizzle the Heinz Classic Vegan Mayo on top.
