90g Smoked Salmon

Shaved Fennel

1 Grated Beetroot

Capers for Garnish

Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise

Rye Bread

METHOD
1.

Spread the Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise on the Rye Bread and then add the smoked salmon on top.

2.
Grate the beetroot and add this as a topping to the open sandwich along with the shaved fenel.
3.
Garnish with some capers and enjoy.
