 Butternut Squash Koftas on Grilled Flat Bread

1 Chopped Butternut Squash

5 Tablespoons Chickpea Flour

2 Tablespoons Rice Flour

1/4 Teaspoons Tumeric

1 crushed clove of garlic

1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste

2 Flat Breads

Pickled Red Cabbage

Coriander Leaves for Garnish

Heinz Garlic Sauce

METHOD
1.

Boil the butternut squash until softened. In a bowl mix the butternut squash, chickpea flour, rice flour, tumeric, garlic and ginger paste together and form kebab shaped patties.

2.
Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the koftas until golden all around. At the same tome place the flat bread under the grill to heat.
3.
Add the koftas on top of the flat bread and serve with pickled red cabbage and a squeeze of Heinz Garlic Sauce.
