300g Chicken Breast

Garlic Powder

Lemon

Olive Oil

20 Cherry Tomatoes

2 Handfuls Mixed Salad Leaves

Heinz Tomato Ketchup

METHOD
1.

Use a sharp knife to slice into the chicken breasts and open out flat like a book. Brush both sides with olive oil and a good pinch of salt and pepper.

Place a griddle pan over a high heat and griddle the chicken for 5 minutes on each side, or until charred and cooked through. Remove from the pan and leave to rest for a few minutes. Then slice the chicken into stripes and season with salt, pepper and garlic.

Mix the salad, tomatoes, lemon and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt.
4.
Serve the chicken hot with the salad as a side and drizzle some olive oil. Add Heinz Tomato Ketchup on the side as a dip.
