2 Aubergines

zaatar seasoning

olive oil

Salt & Pepper

Heinz Tomato Ketchup

METHOD
1.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (230°C).

2.
Cut the aubergine into 1cm rounds.
3.
Put the aubergine in a bowl and season with zaatar, salt, pepper, olive oil and mix.
4.
Grease a large baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes per side, or until browned.
5.
Serve with a delicious dip of Heinz Tomato Ketchup.
