1 small ciabatta

100g mozzarella

2 slices of pancetta

1 handful of rocket

Olive oil

Heinz Tomato Ketchup

METHOD
1.

In a frying pan, cook the pancetta for two minutes on medium-low to medium heat, or until crispy. Remove from pan and leave to rest on some paper towel.

2.
Cut the ciabatta open and spread a thick layer of Heinz Tomato Ketchup on both sides.
3.
Cut the mozzarella into slices. Wash and dry the rocket.
4.
Add all of the ingredients into the ciabatta and drizzle olive oil on top.
5.
In a panini grill pan or cast iron skillet, cook the ciabatta until crispy and enjoy!
