500g farfalle pasta
250g mixed green leaves
1⁄2 bunch of fresh basil, washed and finely chopped
250g cherry tomatoes, halved
8 mini mozzarella balls
2 aubergines, chopped
1 cucumber, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
