 Vegan Garlic Tabbouleh Salad

200 grams Bulgur wheat

400 ml Boiling water

150 grams Cherry tomatoes

150 grams Cucumber

3 piece(s) Spring onions

25 grams Chopped mint

25 grams Chopped parsley

20 ml Olive oil

1 piece(s) Lemon

100 grams Heinz Vegan Garlic Mayo

METHOD
1.

Place the bulgur and boiling water in a pan, bring back to the boil. Turn of the heat and leave with a lid on for 10 minutes.

2.
Meanwhile, cut the vegetables and place in a large bowl. When the bulgur is ready, sieve and chill under cold water.
3.
Make sure the bulgur has drained thoroughly, then add all the other ingredients and stir well.
4.
Then mix the Heinz Garlic Mayo through the salad. And serve.
