Half a tin of Heinz Spaghetti Hoops

1 Tablespoon of Harissa Paste

Handful of Cherry Tomatoes

1 Crushed Clove of Garlic

1 Chopped Spring Onions

1 Tablespoon of dried mixed herbs

15g Crumbled Feta

1 Slice of Sourdough Toast

Half a tablespoon of Olive Oil

METHOD
1.

Heat a little oil in a Sauce Pan and fry the spring onion, garlic and dried mixed herbs.

2.
Add the Heinz Spaghetti Hoops, cherry tomatoes, harissa paste and stir until heated through.
3.
Toast the Sourdough.
4.
Serve the Spaghetti Hoops on the sourdough and sprinkle with some feta cheese.
