1 Heinz Texan Style Beanz Burger

100g Red Cabbage

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 seeded burger bun

50g Lettuce

50g Rocket

Dijon Mustard, to taste

35g Avocado

METHOD
1.

Pre-heat the oven and cook the burger according to packaging instructions for your oven type.

Whilst the burger is cooking, thinly slice the red cabbage and place in a bowl with 200ml water and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Set aside whilst the burger cooks (or chill for up to 24 hours), then drain.
3.
To assemble the burger, place the bottom bun onto a plate, followed by lettuce, rocket, burger patty topped with mustard to taste, smashed avocado, red cabbage slaw and finish with the top bun.
