FOR THE FAJITAS:

1 TSBP OLIVE OIL

2 RED ONIONS

2 RED BELL PEPPERS (DE-SEEDED AND CHOPPED)

1 YELLOW BELL PEPPER (DE-SEEDED AND CHOPPED)

2 TOMATOES (DICED)

1 TSP PAPRIKA

1 TSP ONION POWDER

2 TSP GROUND CUMIN

1 SPRING ONION

2 PACKS OF HEINZ TEXAN BEANZ BURGERZ

4 TORTILLA WRAPS

FOR THE GUACAMOLE:

1 AVOCADO (MASHED)

1/2 RED ONION (DICED)

½ TOMATO (DICED)

HANDFUL CORIANDER LEAVES

½ LIME (JUICED)

METHOD
1.

Pre heat the oven as per packaging instructions according to your oven type. Place the burgers into the oven on a parchment paper and cook according to instructions.

Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat, then add 1 tbsp of olive oil followed by the red onions and fry for 5 minutes while stirring.
3.
Add the diced peppers and fry for a further 4 minutes, then add in the spices and cook for another minute. Reduce the heat and deglaze with the tomatoes and spring onion.

In the meantime, make the guacamole by mixing the avocado, onion, tomatoes & coriander and limes.
5.
When the burgers are ready, slice them in 8 triangles and stir in together with the cooked red onions, peppers and tomatoes.
6.
Heat up your tortilla wraps and serve along with your fajita mixture and guacamole
