2 seeded burger buns

2 Italian Beanz Burgerz

80g of pizza sauce

2 slices of Mozarella cheese

200g of Aubergine (cut into 6 thick slices)

30g of Fresh Basil

40g of Heinz Vegan Garlic Mayo

METHOD
1.

Pre-heat the oven depending on your oven type as per packaging instructions.

Once hot, place the Italian Burgerz on a baking tray along with the aubergine slices.Drizzle the aubergine slices with some olive oil and put into the oven.
3.
While the burger is cooking, toast your buns in a flat frying pan cut side down.
4.
In the last 2 minutes of the burgers cooking in the oven, place the slices of mozzarella over the patties to melt. Place the pizza sauce into a microwaveable container and heat in a microwave for 90 seconds.
5.
To assemble the burger, place the bottom bun onto a plate, followed by the patty with the melted cheese, roasted aubergine slices, fresh basil, pizza sauce and top off with some garlic mayo followed by the bun.
