2 GLAZED BURGER BUNS

2 HEINZ ORIGINAL BEANZ BURGERZ

2 SLICES OF MELTED CHEESE (VEGAN OR STANDARD)

4 SLICES OF LARGE TOMATO

100G OF PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS

400G OF HEINZ BEANZ

40G OF HEINZ KETCHUP OR HP SAUCE

METHOD
1.

Pre heat the oven and cook the Burgerz according to packaging instructions for your oven type.

Whilst the burgers are cooking, slice the mushrooms into 10mm slices and pan fry in a little bit of vegetable oil for 5 minutes, then set aside
3.
Wipe your pan clean then place your burger buns cut side down to toast them slightly. Flip once browned, then top the bottom buns with cheese and heat to melt for an extra minute.
4.
In the last few minutes of your burgers cooking, decant your beans into a microwaveable container, heat for 1 ½ minutes, stir then place back into a microwave for a further minute.
5.
To assemble, place the bottom bun with the cheese slice onto the plate, top it with roasted mushrooms, bean burger patties and finish off with sliced tomato & piping hot beans with a squirt of ketchup or brown sauce before placing the top bun over the burger..
