1 tin Heinz Beanz Jalfrezi

2 naan

4 eggs

2 tsp butter or ghee (or alternative of your choice)

8 rashers smoked back bacon

1 avocado, cut into slim wedges

2 tbsp mango chutney

To serve:

Small bunch fresh coriander red chili, sliced (optional)

METHOD
1.

Place bacon on a baking tray and grill until crispy. Meanwhile warm through the naan as per pack instructions.

2.
Melt butter/ghee (or alternative of your choice) in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, fry the eggs until brown and crispy at the edges.
3.
Heat the Beanz in a saucepan until bubbling.
4.
Cut the warm naan in half diagonally and divide onto plates, top with the Beanz, egg, bacon and avocado.
5.
Finish with a drizzle of mango chutney, coriander and the sliced red chili if desired.
