 Savoury French Toast topped with Beans, Spinach and Roasted Tomatoes

Half a Tin of Heinz No Added Sugar Baked Beanz

2 Slices of White Bolder Bread

1 Handful of Baby Spinach

1 Handful of Cherry Tomatoes

Tablespoon of Butter

2 Eggs

Dash of Milk

METHOD
1.

In a shallow bowl mix the Eggs and Milk.

Dip the white bolder bread into the egg mixture making sure it has soaked up the mixture.
3.
Heat the Heinz Baked Beanz over the hob.
4.
In a pan heat the butter. Add the white bolder bread and fry on each side untl golden brown. Use the same pan to fry the baby spinach.
5.
On a baking tray place your tomatoes and roast in the oven at 200°C for 10 Minutes.
