 Slow Cooked Paprika Pork, Beans and Roasted Tomatoes

875g Pork Shoulder

2 Teaspoons Paprika

2 Handfuls of Cherry Tomatoes

2 Tins of Heinz Baked Beanz

1 Chopped Onion

1 Crushed Clove of Garlic

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Dash of Red Wine Vinegar

4 Handfuls of Baby Spinach

1 Teaspoon of Parsley

METHOD
1.

Heat the oil in a caserole dish. Cook the chopped onions, garlic and paprika until the onions are slightly golden. Then add the pork shoulder and brown.

Add the Heinz Baked Beanz, Cherry Tomatoes, a dash of red wine vinegar and a little water to the casserole dish and leave to simmer over a low heat for 2 hours.
3.
Once pork is cooked start to pull it apart. Stir through the spinach and parsley and serve.
