Brush the sweet potato with olive oil and place in the oven to roast for 30 mins.

Heat ½ a tin of Heinz Beanz in a small pan on the hob until hot.

Place the roasted sweet potato into the centre of the plate, slice in half and top with cooked Heinz Beanz. Garnish with the sliced red peppers and finish with crumbled feta cheese.
