1 roasted chicken breast, shredded (I used the leftovers from a Sunday roast)
3 heaped tablespoons of Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon of medium spice curry powder
1 tsp mango chutney
4 large iceberg leaves, torn to fit the spoons
A handful of rocket leaves
2 slices of bread, cubed (I used wholemeal but any kind will go)
1 tablespoon of Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise for the croutons
1. Mix your mayonnaise, curry powder, chutney and black pepper together until completely combined, set aside.
2. Heat a frying pan over a medium – high heat, coat your cubed bread in mayo and fry on both side until golden.
