Asian Sticky Chicken Recipe

Asian Sticky Chicken

A super sticky and delicious Asian inspired coating for chicken, simply oven cook or BBQ!


4 tbsp Amoy reduced salt soy sauce

3 tbsp runny honey

3 tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup

1 tsp ground ginger

4 chicken thighs & 4 chicken drumsticks

  • Serves: 4
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes


  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas 7
  2. Mix Amoy reduced salt soy sauce, honey, Heinz Tomato Ketchup and ginger in a bowl
  3. Spoon or brush the sauce over the thighs and drumsticks, place on a rack of a grill pan lined with foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked
  4. If desired, place under a hot grill to crisp up the skin
