FOR THE GUACAMOLE:
1 AVOCADO (MASHED)
1/2 RED ONION (DICED)
½ TOMATO (DICED)
HANDFUL CORIANDER LEAVES
½ LIME (JUICED)
Pre heat the oven as per packaging instructions according to your oven type. Place the burgers into the oven on a parchment paper and cook according to instructions.
