  1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry, except employees and their immediate families of H.J. Heinz Foods UK Ltd and each of its group companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion.The Promotion will be running in participating Tesco stores only and for limited periods that are outside the control of the Promoter.

  2. To enter the Prize Draw and have the chance of winning one of 100 personalised glass 342g Heinz Tomato Ketchup bottles, entrants will need to upload their photo taken with the Heinz Tomato Ketchup 50% Less Sugar and Salt Photo Stand as pictured below (an “Eligible Photo”) on the Heinz UK Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/HeinzUK (“Heinz Facebook”) between 00:00am 1 August 2017 and 23:59pm 8 September 2017.

  4. To be valid entries, photos uploaded should feature the person who is posting the photo through their personal Facebook account or someone connected to them.

  5. Photos featuring children should only be posted by the child’s/children’s parent or legal guardian.

  6. All content uploaded is subject to and must comply with the Heinz Facebook House Rules. Any content that does not comply will not be accepted as an Eligible Photo, will not be entered into the prize draw and may be removed from Heinz Facebook.

  7. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that nothing in the photo they upload violates any person’s rights of privacy or publicity and that all necessary permissions have been secured including releases from all persons appearing in the image. The entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Promoter and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliated organisations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, liabilities and causes of action of whatsoever nature that are based upon or arise out of any breach by the entrant of these terms and conditions or the warranties and representations made by the entrant in this paragraph.

  8. Closing date for entering this prize draw by posting on Heinz Facebook is 23:59pm 8 September 2017.

  9. Only one entry is valid per person.

  10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and to require them to return any Prize they may have won. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

  11. No purchase necessary but internet access and a valid Facebook account are required to enter this draw.

  12. All entries through third parties, companies or agents are invalid.

  13. Only entries by individuals are valid.

  14. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.

  15. There are a total of 100 personalised glass 342g Heinz Tomato Ketchup bottles to be won. Maximum of one prize per person. The personalisation will be subject to the Promoter’s approval to ensure that they are not offensive, do not infringe any intellectual property rights and will not result in any denigration to the Promoter’s brand. Personalisation will be restricted to individual’s names only.

  16. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries (Eligible Photos) that are posted on Heinz Facebook by the closing date.

  17. There is no cash alternative and prizes will only be given to the official winners.

  18. Prize winners will be announced within 7 days from the closing date via a Heinz UK comment on winning Eligible Photos or contacted via a Facebook Private Message and asked to reply with their personal details and the personalisation name for the fulfilment of the prize. Prizes will only be shipped to a UK address.

  19. Entrants should ensure that their privacy settings on Facebook allow the Promoter to message them. If the winner’s privacy settings mean the Promoter is unable to make contact through Facebook’s messaging system, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected entrant.

  20. A winner must reply to the private message they receive with their full name, address and a contact telephone number, within 7 days of receiving the Promoter’s message. If a winner does not reply within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the reserve the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected entrant.

  21. The prize winners’ names will be available on Facebook and by entering you consent to the Promoter disclosing your name on the Heinz Facebook page if you are a winner.

  22. Prizes will be shipped to winners within 30 days following a winner providing their personal details to Heinz UK on Facebook.

  23. Any personal data obtained during this promotion will be used strictly for the administration of this promotion only.

  24. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

  25. The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners in the event the Promoter believes that any winners have contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

  26. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure of any hardware and/or software and/or any entries that are corrupted, lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible or damaged.
  27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

  28. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Tesco. Entrants understand that the Prize Draw is being run by the Promoter, and entrants are providing their information to the Promoter.

  29. Any personal data provided in the course of this draw will be used strictly for the administration of the draw only.

  30. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

  31. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, if circumstances make this unavoidable.
