And here’s another one. Our graduate scheme allows us to invite the very best talent to come and train with us. Starting in September and lasting two years, our graduate scheme will allow you a unique insight into the way we work.

Don’t just expect to be sitting on the sidelines watching though. Far from it. You’ll be involved in everything we do – from product development right through to how we market ourselves. It all depends on which departments of our business you’re based in.

This year we’re looking for graduates to join us in Sales, Marketing (The Graduate positions within Marketing have now been filled for 2008), Finance, Supply Chain, Research and Development (R&D), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (I.T) or Quality . And although you’ll spend most of your time based in your chosen area, you’ll also have the chance to develop much broader business acumen through placements and projects in different functions. On average, you can expect to spend 60-70% of your time in your host function, and 30-40% elsewhere.

This year's programme will start on the 8^th September 2008 and will run for just over two years.
