My first few months at H J Heinz, have been an exciting experience.  I have been working as part of the engineering maintenance team at Kitt Green, working on both preventative maintenance and improvement projects within the Beans, Pasta and Soup centres.  After a very thorough two week induction, I was given the opportunity to work on engineering and project management projects that would add value to the company and reduce losses. 

Both personal and professional development have been key from day one, my line manager and functional lead have been keen to ensure that both of these development areas are managed alongside the requirements to achieve chartership status. 

I have been overwhelmed by the exposure given to the graduates. From day one I have had opportunities to work with and meet people from a large variety of functions and levels within Heinz UK & Ireland.  All the people that I have worked with and met within Heinz have very welcoming, helpful and supportive.
