Spicy Crab and Watercress Open Sandwiches by Hungry Healthy Happy

Ingredients:

1 can of shredded crab

2 tbsp Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise

1 tbsp horseradish sauce

A handful of watercress

2 slices of sourdough bread

A pinch of sea salt and black pepper

  • Serves: 10

Method:

1. Cut 2 circles out of the bread and arrange them on serving spoons.

2. In a bowl, mix together the crab, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce and salt and pepper.

3. Put the watercress on top of the bread and top with the crab mixture and serve.
