Gluten Free Seafood Recipe

Prawn and Scallop Spaghetti

Ingredients:

300 grams cooked Heinz Gluten Free Spaghetti 

15 grams Olive oil

8 cooked King prawn tails

10 queen Scallops

1x 210g Heinz Gluten Free Tomato Frito sauce

½ a fresh Lemon

Chopped fresh Parsley or Basil (optional)

Black pepper (ground)

  • Serves: 2

Method:

  1. Cook the Heinz Gluten Free Spaghetti according to the pack instructions, while its cooking start to make the sauce
  2. Heat the oil in a sauce pan and add the scallops and prawns, toss in the oil until they are cooked
  3. Reduce the heat and add Heinz Gluten Free Tomato Frito sauce heat gently until the sauce starts to boil reduce the heat and add the cooked drained pasta add a squeeze of lemon
  4. Serve into 2 pasta bowls and top with chopped parsley or basil (optional) and a twist of black pepper
