Peanut Satay

Peanut Satay Chicken Kebabs

A traditional south Asian dish made with diced chicken and our crunchy peanut satay glaze.

Ingredients:

1 sachet Amoy sticky glaze peanut satay

4 chicken breasts (diced)

  • Serves: 4
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes

Method:

  1. Mix sticky glaze with diced chicken
  2. Thread on to skewers and place under hot grill for 10 minutes
  3. Turn kebabs and grill for a further 5-10 minutes until fully cooked
