Heinz Peri Peri Chicken with Corn and Wedges

Ingredients:

4 x chicken breasts. 

Heinz Peri Peri Sauce.

4x Corn on the cob. 

400g potato wedges. (oven ready).

  • Serves: 4

Method:

  1. Place 4 breasts on a baking tray and coat with Heinz Peri Peri Sauce.
  2. Allow to marinade in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Cook in a hot oven.
  4. Meanwhile cook the corn and wedges.

Serve with salad garnish.
