Crab Cakes Recipe

Crab Cake

Ingredients:

1 can drained crab meat

4 tablespoons bread crumbs

8 fresh basil leaves sliced

¼ chopped white onion

2 spring onions finely chopped

1 egg

1 tablespoon Heinz Salad Cream

Olive oil for frying

  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Method:

  1. Place 2 tablespoons bread crumbs on a plate
  2. Now place all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Make small size crab cakes and coat in the breadcrumbs on the plate
  3. Drizzle some olive oil in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes each side and serve
