'Baked' Sweet Potato Wedges and Heinz Jerk BBQ Dip

Ingredients:

1 kg Potatoes (sweet potatoes, king edward, maris piper)

Heinz Jerk BBQ sauce.

A little olive oil.

  • Serves: 4

Method:

  1. Cut the potatoes into chunky chips or wedges brush with oil and season to taste.
  2. Bake in the oven 200°c until browned and crispy (approx. 15-20mins).

Enjoy with Heinz Jerk BBQ sauce dip.
